What we collect
Your email address, if you choose to give it to us by subscribing to the Sunday Letter or joining a notify list. Nothing else is required, and nothing else is asked for.
Anything you send us through the contact form – your name, email address and message – kept only so the message can be answered.
Basic, anonymous traffic statistics: which pages get read, roughly where readers are in the world, and what linked them here. This is not tied to individuals.
What we do not collect
No accounts, no passwords, no payment details held on this site, no advertising trackers, and no profiles built about you across other websites.
What happens to your email address
It is stored with our email provider [name your provider – Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Buttondown, etc.] and used to send you the Sunday Letter, plus the occasional note about a new guide.
It is never sold, rented, traded or shared. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. [If you add analytics, name the service here and say what it stores.] Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google servers when a page loads.
Affiliate links
Following an affiliate link takes you to another company website, where their privacy policy applies, not this one.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted entirely – including your subscription record. Send a message and it will be done, usually within a few days.
